We found that the problem come from the power unit  is abnormal. Dig down and found the PM of power unit shall be strictly applied. Replace the power unit then get back the vessel Azimuth system back to work as normal.

Aug 6, 2022 – TC Dragon, TCO.

We are so proud to address the towing / work wire control system on TC Dragon which be informed that some contractors already gave up. We onboard, ask for the wiring diagram to troubleshoot and find the cause of problem. Then we addressed the problem completely, follow by the load test & calibration.

July 30, 2022 – MT.Sri Khirichad, Prima Marine.

The main engine pneumatic control problem on MT.Sri Khirichard had a problem, couldn’t increase speed on the bridge as needed. MS team onboard and fixed the problem successfully.

The current main engines display monitors are out of order, malfunction and couldn't response the ship operation, MS is assigned to source the new display monitor set and configure to get all required parameters as per vessel requirements.

Towing winch break test is performed follow OCIMF guidelines completely last night for U.Chumporn at Sattahip port, Chonburi province.

Another Cummins generator engine, 6BT5.9, overhaul job is on going. We dismantle parts to inspect the condition and ensure each part functions. At the end, engine performance will tell the quality of our team's jobs.  Job completed and delivered back to the vessle on time completely.

June 27, 2022 – MV.Van Gogh
The lifeboat propeller and control system on MV.Van Gogh is fixed by MS team. We are challenging the get job qualities as always..... "If the problem is not fixed & satisfied, no charge !", finally we made it successfully and satisfied the customer.

June 18, 2022 – UE.19, UWO.
The fire alarm control system is one of critical equipment on the offshore ships. Once there is any fault or error in the system, required to address the problem as soon as possible. MS team fixed the fault alarm completely. 

June 18, 2022 – TMS 4, TMS.
The bow thruster joystick control system is designed by MS team, to meet the ship operation requirements, is completed successfully. – TMS 4

May 5, 2022 – SC Glory 7, SC Group. After SC Glory 7 replace the gear box and observe high vibrations, MS team is called to onboard to troubleshoot and rectify the problems. We found the gearbox and main engine misalignment is the cause then addressed the problem completely.

May 31, 2022 – U.Advanture, UWO. The flow meter installation and commissioning is completed for a supply boat.

26 Apr, 2022: M. Resolution - The chronic problem of bow thruster control system on supply boat is fixed by MS team last night.

commissioning is completed for another supply vessel.

27 Mar, 2022: M.Endurance - Even though time is tough and limited, but MS has never let

24 Mar, 2022: The ACB (Air Circuit Breaker) is an important part for the auxiliary engines
synchronizing. We got the problem as informed that the ACB on CAE (Center Auxiliary
Engine) could not good synchronized with PAE ( Port Auxiliary Engine) & SAE (Starboard
Auxiliary Engine). MS electricians addressed the issue properly & completely.

21 Mar, 2022: U.Supporter - Safety is always priority, therefore the Alarm, Control &
Monitoring System is crucial and necessary for the supply boat. Once there is problems or
abnormal, MS team onboard to address, rectify and test all functions. All's back to work as
normal.

19 Mar, 2022: Marine Services Co., Ltd. is attending the Asia Pacific Marine (APM)
exhibition at Marina Bay, Singapore. Marine cooperations exhibition and one on one
meeting is the great experience and good collaboration among each company.

8 Mar, 2022: The bow thruster PLC control system which has chronic problems for a while,
is already fixed by MS team last night. Ready to go abroad.

1 Mar, 2022: Another watertight door PLC control problem is fixed. MS addressed the
problems, meet the vessel design requirements and satisfied crew completely.

16 Feb, 2022: The shark jaw piston cylinder replacement job is completed in time. The
vessel goes for offshore operation as planned.

28 Dec, 2021: The heat exchanger which impacts the performance of engine highly. If the heat
exchanger is dirty then will cause the cooling water flowing. Therefore, recondition and cleaning
is needed.

16 Dec, 2021: The jobs of PLC control program mitigation of watertight door for 2 stations on
SC winter is completed. All's good.

12 Dec, 2021: The engines KTA38-M2 overhaul job is ongoing great as planned. We are
almost there at the target. However, next destination is still waiting for us.

2 Dec, 2021: The jobs of generators control system repairing and modifications for the
Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya is on going, the make the control system
similar the system in the offshore boats.

27 Nov, 2021: There are 2 Auxiliary engines, Cummins 6BT5.9, overhaul jobs on vessel
TMS 7 is done completely.

25 Nov, 2021: Water mist system ( a fire protection system ) has a control problem, MS
team onboard and addressed the issue completely at Noo island, SKL, Thailand.

5 Nov, 2011: The urgent request to address the Baudoin vessel main engines regarding fuel
water contaminated is completed today.

4 Nov, 2021: The slipway design & fabrication project at PSB jetty is completed.

9 Oct, 2021: The 6th vessel, last one for the bow thruster system installation in this round.
We have completed for 5 vessels already, so, our team work automatically for each job
step.

8 Oct, 2021: Another big challenging job for MS team, repairing the Fire Fighting pump
(FiFi). Reba this vessel has not been serviced for years, there many parts are missing and
deteriorated. MS team has been working hard to make it happen.

4 Oct, 2021: The 5th vessel is completed for the job of bow thruster installation and
commissioning, proved by the sea trial today. All functions meet all customer requirements.

26 Apr, 2021: The couple alignment jobs for bow thruster & Fire Fighting are calling, those
parts are critical and highly impact for the equipment performance.

21 Aug, 2021 The vessel TMS 10 is urgent called back to port due to the heat exchanger is leaking then required to replace, MS team immeadiately onboard to support & fix the abnormal conditions. Then the the vessel is back to required condition and back to work on time. Another pride of our team.

18 Aug, 2021 Another MS team started working on the front fenders replacement at PSB jetty. The old poor condition sets are removed/ replacing the brand new ones, 17 sets for this MS project.

15 Aug, 2021 The 3rd vessel, UE.,  is on dry dock & today is ready for MS team to perform to repeated jobs, install bow thruster tunnel.

3 Aug, 2021 MS team is having big overhaul jobs on Baudoin engines & FiFi pump overhaul. Yes, we do "Plan our work, then work our plan" for SC Glory 6.

2 Aug, 2021 The hull plate welding which is required special preparations & welding procedures, we also have qualified welders for these kind of jobs for UE.12.

27 July, 2021 The 2nd vessel, UE.12, is on dry dock ready for next bow thruster installation & commissioning, MS team is also ready to work immediately.

25 July, 2021 Auxiliary engines synchronized is one of problems that many vessels encountered. To support vessel operations e.g, swapping auxiliary engines or when required load exceeds one AE can handle, AE synchronized that's why critical.

18 July, 2021 The power cables are laid above the high temperatures exhaust pipes, then what happens will be as in photos, TMS 9. MS addressed the issue in this kind of condition at least 3-4 vessels and seem like the problem is still existing in many vessels, the problem is keep coming to MS to address the issue.

17 July, 2021 The vessel TMS 9 is urgent called to address the bow thruster propeller problem. MS is ready to serve as needed. The problem is about the bow thruster motor is leaking, then required to address the leaking problem in such an urgent time. We made it finally, meet all customer requirments.

4 July, 2021 Even on Sunday, another MS team is working on the Supply boat Fire Fighting pump (FiFi) alignment, SC Glory 6.

3 July, 2021 The 1st vessel is ready for bow thruster installation, UE.11.

30 June, 2021 Another our big master pieces has started, bow thruster installation and commissioning job for 6 vessels is going on. We proved that MS is second to none. The bow thruster installation for 5 vessel is starting from nothing to the completed system.

14 May, 2021 Buoys maintenance for PTTEP jetty is completed, delivered and installed back and to jetty today. All are back in good conditions. 

8 May, 2021 It's our pride for the alignment jobs which significantly proved and feel for the result of before and after. The engines are now running smoothly and stable — SC Glory 7. 

1 May, 2021 Another alignment jobs to address the vibrations issue on Fire Fighting pump (FiFi), job is completed with high satisfaction. 

29 April, 2021 Foam filled fenders are delivered to the jetty safely. Completed another mission among the COVID pandemic, import products in this situation is not real smooth . Good plan, great results. 

19 April, 2021 Watertight door system which is controlled by PLC (Programable Logic Control), which is very critical safety system, is repaired and replaced PLC modules. Back to work as per vessel requirements completely. 

Azimuth Control System is the propeller angle control system which comprise of Potentiometer's. After using for a while you might encounter which the problem. We already addressed the problem on SC Winter on Oct 15, 2019.

Swapping the main engine Cummins KTA38, disconnect then remove the existing engine and install brand new one completely settle on M.V. TMS 2 on Oct 23, 2019.

Vessel from abroad (M.V. Era Bedikari) which working in the gulf Thailand had FiFi pump problems i.e., coupling is broken, misalignment set up and etc. MS completely done this job which high performance outcome on Nov 10, 2019.

Vibration survey to find the causes of problem to prevent vessel downtime. Engine cost is about 10 million THB. Don't let small thing goes Big. Job in Surat Thani province was done on Nov 23, 2019.

The job scope are:

• Disconnect all the hoses & electric wires for 2 boats
• Open the deck of 2 boats
• Lift up the gear box from TMS 111 to onshore
• Left up the gear box from TMS 8 to install on TMS 111
• Reconnect all hoses & electric wires
• Test the gear functions in the port
• Perform sea trail with meet the expectations

SC Sky; Repair the engine control problem

SC Sky; Repair the engine control problem, engine could not increase speed more than 1,200 RPM, pitch % is blocked at 49% (when on load control) – job is completed on Sep 26, 2017.

Midlife (Top Overhaul) for all 3 main engines of TMS 5 (Top Maritime Service Company Ltd.) – Job is Completed on Sep 2, 2017.

The Midlife Overhaul scope of work is to carry out for the unit Cummins Engine model KTA38 – M2 for;

• Remove, service/ rebuild and re-fit the following components:-
  • Cylinder head (reconditioned)
  • Fuel pump
  • Fuel injector
  • Turbocharger
  • After-cooler
  • Fresh Water Pump (inspection)
  • Sea Water Pump (inspection)
  • Thermostat Housing
• Valve and Injectors overhead setting
• Test engine (with free run and followed by sea trial)
• The result is meet all the customer expectations.

PLC problems on Meo Monarch 1

PLC problems on Meo Monarch 1 which comprise of the master & slave station did not work as designed, the alarm cards error and water tight door, respectively.

Winch Installation & Commissioning Project

We installed & Commissioned for the Hydraulic Winch for Uniwise Supporter boat. We started from welding jobs, winches installation and hydraulic hose piping connections. Completed by commission the system to ensure all equipment work properly as design and requirement. All the test is past completely.
